Exchanges and Returns

• Customers have a period of 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or a return in the form of a store credit code.
• For a return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition.
• To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@zaristudiosjewelry.com and include your order number.
• Product exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping and handling costs.
•  Once the original package is received and condition confirmed, exchange will be confirmed and processed. 
• Zari Studios reserves the right to reject an exchange or return if all the conditions above are not met.
• Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
• Any custom or made to order products are non-refundable.

At Zari Studios, pieces are handmade and are expected to contain imperfections and variation. We do not accept returns based on these features as they are part of the design and intended to be irregular, please consider this before purchasing.
